I love summer.
Not 4 weeks ago, I was complaining about being in a dating drought. And then I came out to play. And I’m basically just here to make a list right now.
Naked Couch Guy– I wrote about him. I met him for drinks (from Tinder) and he slept over and somehow was naked on my couch (we did not hook up). Anyway. I haven’t seen him since then, but he’s around. Texting. Wants to kiss me. We’ll see.
Surfer Boy–Okay, so we became friends on FB and then he messaged me and he’s really hot and an amazing surfer. He asked me out, but I’ve been out of town since we “met.” We have a date next week. He texts every day and sends pix. Definitely interesting
Coffee Boy–I met him online before I deleted my account. We met up for coffee. He’s good looking–stunning blue eyes–but kind of seems shy. And thirsty. He texts me and wants to talk on the phone, I will be honest, I kind of just throw him crumbs. But I have a date with him next week.
Psuedo Cowboy–Another online guy. Surfer. Wears a cowboy hat, calls himself a cowboy though I don’t think he is. At all. And I would know, I was raised on a farm, after all. I sent him a picture of me farming and he commented that the crop was rather green. For hay. For the record, hay is ALWAYS green in the ground…it’s not until months later it turns yellow in the bale. He’s sporadic with texting, but I’m definitely interested. No plans for a date, as he’s out of town when I’m in, and then I’ll be out when he comes back.
Real Cowboy–IDK if he’s really a guy of interest, but he’s my brother’s cowboy friend. A real cowboy. He has been texting me over the past year, always wants to get together. We worked out together the other day, made plans to do it again while I’m here. Was supposed to take me shooting and swimming yesterday and flaked. He’s fun. Young, but fun. And lives in the country, so at most I’ll hang with him 4 times a year.
WA–A guy I met when I was visiting my sis in WA. He is a dad with stunning blue eyes and a cocky attitude. We are supposed to be going out when I go visit in 2 weeks. we’ll see.
There’s the current update of guys in my life. It’s all fun, and the best part is, I’m not attached to any and am just having fun. No pressure. Not sure I ever want a commitment again. This is life. this is summer. This is playing…living.
